Our client is a well-recognised and highly established Investment Bank looking to hire an experienced candidate to lead the Payments APAC team. The Singapore Global Payments Operation team processes payments servicing across all classes. The stability of the service is maintained through strengthening the control environment in which they operate.
Main Functions
- Interpret changing business needs and sets a clear objective to the team
- Effective engagement with stake holders across the bank
- Ensures accurate and timely reports across operations
- Provide coverage for time critical processes
- Own and maintain robust RCA
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Good experience of operations management
- MUST have worked in payment operations for at least 8 to 15 years
- Good analytical and decision making skills
- Proven track record of managing a decent team size
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship skills
