You will be require to manage a team responsible for billing, receipts and clearing processes. The core responsibilities of the role includes overseeing the day to day operations to ensure all transactions are processed in accordance to bank's procedures and compliance requirements. You will have to plan goals and set objectives for your team to achieve operational efficiency and excellency. As a VP, you will need to track individual performance and identify potential growth for talented individual. Participate in new initiatives and business by providing inputs and ideas to develop work flow maps and solutions to mitigate risks.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Banking Finance
- A minimum of 8 years of experience across Payments and Receipts Operations
- Strong knowledge across controls, compliance and AML
- Experience across Operation functions and framework
- Product knowledge across FX Trading and Funding
- Proven track record of people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills
