Payroll Supervisor recruitment

Our client is a leading property group based in Dubai. They have a strong international presence and are currently focusing on their emerging markets across the Middle East and Africa. They are well established in their market and have been successfully growing for the past 20 years.

Your duties will include:

• Overseeing the payroll function of the group.

• Ensuring accuracy in preparation of monthly commission runs.

• Managing and supervising payroll operations.

• Successfully organising workloads.

• Reviewing progress of your team.

• Actively managing your three subordinates to help them achieve their set targets and goals.

• Having full responsibility of running the payroll system for just under 1,000 employees based across several different countries.

• Working to set goals and targets

To be successful in this role you should be from a similar background with a Degree in HR or accounting. You should enjoy working in a challenging environment and have an eye for detail. You should be logical in your thought process and technically strong.

You should be familiar with UAE labour laws and possess extremely strong Microsoft Excel skills. Successful candidates will come either from an accounting or HR payroll background and have several years experience in managing a successful payroll team.
