PICU Nurses needed in Central London
Hays Healthcare are currently looking for Full and Part Time PICU Nurses to work in the General and Acute Paediatrics Department at a prestigious NHS Hospital in Central London. They provide a comprehensive clinical service for children local to Central London and some from further afield.
The role requires direct access to a wide range of specialist paediatric services so that children with more complex disorders can receive family-centred, holistic care, within the one unit.
We are looking for specialist Nurses that are keen on variety and the opportunity to provide excellent care to patients within challenging and busy hospital environments.
To be successful for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- At least 6 months current UK clinical experience.
- The ability to adapt to different hospital environments.
- Self-motivated, uses own initiative and excellent at making decisions.
- Able to work under pressure and respond effectively to challenging situations.
- Time management and effective delegation skills.
