Description
Strategically develops and grows the scope of the business. Manages largest and most-highly visible projects to achieve milestones, reporting standards, and budgetary requirements. Works with accounting to manage revenue realization. Communicates risks, issues, and status of resolution to management. Motivates staff and creates team cohesion. Manages staff. Leads recruiting and mentors and develops quality resources. Leads the identification and closing of medium-scale business opportunities within new and existing accounts. Conducts project reviews.
Qualifications
Outstanding oral and written communication skills including writing proposals, project plans, specifications, status reports, etc. Solid client liaison skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field with 10+ year's experience. MBA or CFA preferred but not required. Demonstrated track record of contributing successfully to the delivery of larger-sized and highly visible projects. Excellent understanding of technology and the full suite of the proprietary technologies.
