Principal Mechanical Engineer - EPCM Iron Ore - Asset Management

There you have it, straight from a candidate’s point of view; this role offers exposure to managing all facets of design and collaboration with 3 major EPCM consultancies. What is nice about the position is you won’t only be involved with EPCM design management, but will also get involved with efficiency and maintenance of plant equipment.
Managing a technically competent team of 20 – who have a mix of EPCM Client experience – no passengers. You will get a chance to further your knowledge with wet plant as operations delve beneath the water table – instead of just dry plant iron ore bore.
The manager of this team is ex- EPCM himself and understands the frustration of decline in workload; he has a steady flow to keep the mechanical team on their feet for the coming 3 years, keenly discussing market trends with his team.
If you have around 10 years mining experience, EPCM Client side, with a desire to join a landmark mining operation.
