Private Banker – Lending Specialist recruitment
The role is to generate new business by working with your KBI network, as well as developing relationships with existing HNW clients. Through your connections you will develop the Lending book and help drive liquidity. You will have extensive knowledge of Mortgage Lending and in particular high value mortgages (in excess of £1m), and together with your attention to detail and professionalism you will ensure that you are able to prepare thorough credit applications, loan and mortgage agreements and provide exceptional client service.
Role Requirements
- Experience of working with HNW clients
- Identify new opportunities from both new and existing clients.
- Ability to prepare credit applications, loan and mortgage agreements
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Identify cross sales opportunities for other parts of the Bank.
Individual Requirements
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Detailed market and product knowledge
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Proven origination and business development expertise
- Experience of dealing with £1M+ mortgages
- Strong IFA and Intermediary network
- Self starter
- CeMAP qualification
Salary: Circa £70k
