Private Banking Marketing Associate recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Support marketing strategy: help define global marketing positioning and develop integrated marketing plan.
- Analysis of research, industry monitoring and competitive analysis.
- Assist in local application and consistency via the Marketing Team Network
- Support Global brand/communication strategy jointly with LOB and global brand and communications teams.
- Help exploit global assets such as: content, sponsorships, brand ambassadors and its business activation. Event activation, hospitality.
- Digital Marketing understanding and social media, mobile and emerging media experience.
- Share best practices in Marketing Network.
- Support cross functional coordination across Global Marketing Team Network
- Aid Strategic Planning: Project management, coordination of committees, approach to new markets, and identifying best marketing practices.
This position will be located in New York City for the first 2 years and will then be moving to Miami, Florida in 2014.
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or marketing, post graduate degree would be a plus.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Must possess a willingness to travel frequently.
- Experience in large, global and complex organizations.
- Challenged by the difficulties of creating new functions/teams.
Experience
- At least 3 years experience in a marketing position, preferably in private banking or financial services, having developed the skills and competencies required for the job.
- Consulting experience is a plus, project management and team coordination skills, across functions and countries.
