The Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Maumelle Facility is currently seeking team-oriented individuals to be Manufacturing Process Leaders. Our facility operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Individuals must be willing and available to work a fixed 12-hour evening shift.
SCOPE:
The Process Leader must be the technical expert and a leader for an asset team of up to 5 colleagues. The primary role is to ensure their team meets the defined business needs and objectives for safety, productivity, quality, efficiency, waste, and cost through improved equipment reliability; and improving the skills and contributions of each team member. This position provides technical support and performs required maintenance of assigned assets and conducts grade changes, count changes, predictive and preventive maintenance task and associated offline support activities such as rebuilding of sub-assemblies. Complete assigned work orders in a timely and effective manner.
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 1 year of maintenance/electrical experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent military training/experience.
- Technical skills in basic shop work, basic machining/fabrication skills, basic rigging, and mechanical drives, grade changes, predictive and preventive maintenance task,
- Reading and using electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, logic diagrams (ISA), blue prints, and drawings as required to install and troubleshoot instrument and electrical systems.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in the following: Computer Troubleshooting, Digital Electronics, Control Systems, Multi-meter Testing, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Variable Speed Drives (AC DC).
- Supervisory, leadership skills needed to manage a team of up to 5 colleagues.
- Must be able to work 12 hour shifts including nights, holidays, weekends and overtime.
- Must be willing to work a fixed 12 hour evenings shift
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent attendance and safety records
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 2 year Mechanical or Electrical certificate or degree.
- 2 years Supervisory Experience
- Proficient in using the SAP computer system and have the capability to learn window-based computer systems.
