Product Control Business Analyst/Project Manager
The product control change management projects team is focused on delivering finance driven projects, and supporting Front Office or IT driven projects that impact product control. The team are undertaking strategic change projects as the bank moves to a more regulatory driven, efficient model.
The speed at which this area is growing is phenomenal and as such the career progression offered by such a role is excellent. You will gain daily exposure to high level stakeholders up to MD level. The team is due to grow in the coming 2 years, and as such management responsibility will fall quickly on your shoulders. The role will involve an element of project management, with a view to training the candidate into a successful future PM.
The successful applicant is expected to have come from a banking background or a leading consultancy firm, and have successfully worked upon finance change projects. You will be:
* An excellent communicator with the ability to deal with senior stakeholders
*Willing to learn new skills
*Numerate, able to work with spreadsheets and perform financial analysis
*Communication skills written/verbal and formal/informal to different audiences at all levels
*Experienced of IT development life cycles
*Experienced as a Business Analyst and willing to take on responsibility of managing projects, or already be an accomplished project manager
