Be the primary single point of contact for the customer and represent their interests in the overall rollout schedule and have Overall responsibility for the project. Ensure Customer statement of work is understood and achieved to the greatest extent possible. Leverage internal resources, including senior Leadership, during critical outage restorations, satellite launch awareness and priority circuit installations. Provide status on the ongoing and planned activities. Prepare and manage a Program Master Schedule (PMS) to identify, track and provide status on major program activities. Support the ordering, installation and activation of services as defined in the PMS. Interface to other areas of the PMO and ATT AGS care organization financial, vendor management, life cycle, transition management, technical etc. - to ensure high quality delivery of on time services. Be responsible for ATT's performance from schedule finalization through to life cycle management in the areas of planning, organization, implementation, tracking, reporting, issue resolution and control for assigned components. Ensure integration of component specific plans and milestones into the overall implementation schedule and maintain overall project discipline for the assigned components. Acquisition of appropriate resources to meet commitments and expectations. Ensure that all technical aspects meet the requirements of the contract and are technically feasible. Be responsible for managing all issues that may arise during implementation and review status and progress with the customer at weekly meetings. Oversee Change Management in project scope, design, and other project specific areas. Communicate project progress to all stakeholders and give executive briefings where appropriate. Manage the preparation and attend Program Management Reviews (PMR) as required. Provide the status of its completed, ongoing, and planned activities to customer in a timely manner for incorporation into the overall PMR presentation package. Develop and deliver the Program Implementation Plan (PIP) based on a customer provided template per a mutually agreed upon delivery schedule. Incorporate any mutually agreed to changes and deliver a final version of the PIP to the customer. Analyzes complex network systems, including planning, designing, evaluating, selecting operating systems and protocol suites and configuring communication media with concentrators, bridges and other devices. Supports acquisition of hardware and software services. May act as a technical project leader. Required skills: Minimum of 5 years Technical Project/Program Management Experience Required. Minimum 5 years Technical Knowledge of IP Network Services Required. Technical Knowledge of Telcom. Satellite Systems a Plus. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field. PMP Certification.
