Programme Manager
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager to lead a large scale change programme within the Quality and Governance business area of the bank.
You will be responsible for ensuring the successful roll out of a new Quality Assurance model across the business. You will oversee Business and Technology project workstreams within the programme, establishing relationships with key stakeholders and driving the team forward. You will be responsible for governance and reporting and management of requirements and plans, ensuring delivery to agreed timescales in a controlled manner.
The successful candidate must be an experienced Programme Manager with a proven successful track record of leading Risk, Compliance or Regulatory programmes within a global bank. Previous experience of rolling out a Quality Assurance model is highly desirable. Experience in complaints management, including all relevant Regulation is also preferable. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.
