Turkish-speaking Service/Sales Executive

Our client, a leading Online Gaming company based in the City of London, are looking to recruit a number of Turkish-speaking candidates to join their growing team. Working in a fantastic location in modern offices, these are incredible opportunities for the right people!

Our company specialise in online gaming/gambling and have a worldwide presence. A major market for them is the Turkish-speaking market - so big in fact, that we at Hays have placed close to 30 permanent candidates with the company within the last 2 years! Due to exponential growth, they are now looking for a number of new candidates to join their customer service/sales team on a permanent basis, and they offer a fantastic package:

- £22,000 basic salary
- Extra commission/bonuses based on sales performance (£25,000 - £30,000 OTE)
- Discretionary annual company bonus

Your role is split into two main parts:

- 20% of the role will be making outbound calls to existing customers, offering new promotions
- 80% of the role will be speaking with customers over live chat, dealing with a host of gaming queries

In order to be considered for the role(s), it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Fluency in Turkish (written and oral)
- Excellent level of English (written and oral)
- Customer service experience (call centre/retail, etc)
- 'Can do' attitude
- Full eligibility to work in the UK permanently

Working hours for the role are as follows:

9.00am - 8.00pm FOUR days a week (including one of the two weekend days every week)
