Programme Manager – Regulatory Reform
They have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced programme manager to shape and execute on multiple programmes for the investment bank regulatory reform agenda.
As a Programme Manager you will sit within a central change function which cuts across all asset classes and functions, being responsible for the front-to-back delivery of programmes to implement a new strategic architecture to ensure the bank will be able to comply with new regulations.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced finance or technology programme manager with investment banking experience to work in a strategic change execution capacity in a top tier investment bank at the cutting edge of regulatory reform.
You should apply for this role if you have:
- 10-15 years investment banking experience across multiple functions
- Demonstrable track record in a structured change management capacity
- Excellent execution and delivery ability within in an investment bank
- Broad cross-functional, cross-business, cross-product experience
- Previous experience on regulatory reform initiatives advantageous but not required
- Degree educated or higher at a leading academic institution
This is a permanent opportunity based in New York at the (Executive) Director level role, compensated at $200,000 – $260,000 basic + bonus + benefits.
