Project Accounts Coordinator

Our Client a market leader in their field, has instructed us to recruit a Project Accountant to join their team. This role will initially be for a period of 6 - 9 months minimum. This role is based near Woking in Surrey, which is easily commutable from London, Guildford, Godalming, Leatherhead, Camberley, Aldershot Farnborough.

You will work as part of the project accounts team to support all the administrative aspects of the Project Accounts department. This includes invoicing, timesheet administration and reconciliation but also interfacing with clients and internal personnel.

Responsibilities will include:
Preparing sales invoices including supporting documentation.
Maintain sales invoice register.
Timesheets and timesheet adjustments – Posting and updating.
Project Manager support – Weekly reporting, monthly reporting including dashboard completion, forecasting and progress reporting.
Creating new projects – Ensuring Contract Management Pack or works order for inter – company projects are in place. Complete accounts check list and ensure that any chargeable hours are moved from proposals to the project for invoicing.
CTR’s - Creating new CTR’s and maintaining existing codes.
