Project Analyst
A well known finance company is URGENTLY seeking a Project Analyst. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in an energetic and highly motivating environment with an employer of choice for IT. The successful candidate will be working along side a large budgeted project within the financial services industry. This can be a contract or permanent role located in the city.
Responsibilities:
- Documentation and collaboration processes
- Schedule and cost control
- Risk and issues management
- Change control management
- Senior stakeholder communications management
Essential Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a project analyst role within a large complex organisation
- Experience in a large PMO environment (50+)
- Extensive reporting experience, ability to put together large reports
- Excellent Financial Management - invoicing, forecasting
- Planning and coordination skills - run steering committee meetings, take/distribute minutes
- Excellent with Pivots and able to use Macros
- Solid experience with Clarity, IBM Rational or Primavera
- Has worked with large IT Projects - I.e. portals, infrastructure upgrades, transformations
