Project Contracts Associate Lawyaer recruitment
The work undertaken involves major infrastructure, construction and projects therefore candidates will have non-contentious construction and projects experience (power, oil and gas or construction related experience).
To be considered you will have experience gained at an international law firm, combined with a strong academic record.
Your duties will include:
- Advising international project sponsors and financiers, as well as Middle East construction and engineering groups on construction and commercial contracts across a wide range of industries (including energy, OG, power, construction and petrochemicals)
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents (including contracts, procurement contracts, construction management contracts, off-take and supply agreements)
- Having a direct client facing role
- Experienced banking or Projects Lawyer to join a busy and dynamic banking and projects practice.
- Strong general banking or finance credentials
- Project work experience
Candidates with a recognised qualification (US, UK or Australian) will have an advantage as well as with experience training at a top international law firm. You will be a native English speaker with one to five years PQE with experience in banking or projects lawyer with power, OG or construction and related experience within banking or finance.
