Project Management Officer

Our client are a London based Fund Manager, seeking to recruit a PMO to join their expanding central Change function. Duties will include:

* Management of Change request pipeline, ensuring instructions delivered to implementation teams are recorded accurately and submitted within agreed timeframes.
* Ensuring that change requests are progressed by following routine procedures to capture progress and status updates, including monitoring for the delivery of Impact Analysis within the agreed KPI's, including Risk and Issue reporting.
* Tracking progress of change items.
* Escalating any change related issues as required.
* Communication with all areas of the business on Supplier Management or Change topics.
* Supporting the preparation of Steering Committee meeting and other Reporting materials.
* Maintaining Change Management steering committee minutes, monitoring actions and preparing for subsequent meetings.
* Maintenence of the internal Change Intranet site.
* Coordination of internal re-charge approval, recordkeeping and reconciliation.
* Contributing to the ongoing development of the Change Supplier Managementfunction and ad hoc initiatives as required.

The successful candidate will be required to demostrate the following competencies:

* A minimum of 3 years financial services industry experience, within the Institutional Fund Management sector.
* A minimum of 2 years experience within a PMO function, supported a formal programme of change project delivery.
* Previous experience working within an outsourced business model, with experience of liaison with 3rd party providers and external delivery functions.
