Project Manager – Front Office recruitment

We have been commissioned by our client, a global leading financial services organisation to recruit a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for delivering change projects and initiatives impacting on my clients front office business unit.

You will have the opportunity to run and manage significant change initiatives across this global brand in their growing Scottish operation. This is a new role for this business area and opportunities such as this are rare in market. As such we are seeking a high calibre individual with experience in the following areas:

•  Portfolio Management – running and managing the delivery of several change projects with end to end responsibility

•  Stakeholder Management – this role will communicate at senior levels throughout the business, engaging with a range of stakeholders

•  Monitoring and controlling resource and funds

•  Financial and budget management

•  Strategy – defining and running key change projects with an eye on the wider commercial goals of the firm

 •  Delivery – taking full accountability for the delivery of projects under your remit

We are keen to receive applications from candidates with experience of delivering change programmes in either front office or operations environments. This is a business facing role but an understanding of and the ability to communicate and challenge IT and Technical teams is important. Experience of a Financial Services environment is essential.
