Responsible for the coordination of project/program management best practices that improve project performance and drive business value. The successful candidate must be able to effectively manage change and promote the continuous improvement of project and program management related processes and tools.

 

-Lead efforts to develop, define and maintain standards for project management within the organization. Provide organization-wide development and integration of consistent project management standards and methodologies.

 

-Support PMO management in demand planning, portfolio performance measurement, and resource optimization and regularly provide the management team with standardized portfolio reporting

 

-Train and mentor project managers and their teams using standardized tools and processes

 

-Provide knowledge leadership around tollgate governance and best practices

5-7 years project management experience in a formal PMO environment, involving cross-functional teams

Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree (MBA, MS Information Systems) is highly desired, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certified project management professional credentials (e.g., CAPM, PMP) are highly desired.
