Real Estate Credit Analyst

The role will be to work alongside a leading team of front Office individuals to help structure new deals from across a wide range of secured funding facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience of writing and preparing pre-credit papers, attending credit committees and also helping out with ongoing portfolio management as well as recoveries/restructuring. Further to this the candidate should be competent in averting risk of loss across the different decision especially in relation to those secure by property assets.
Alongside the above, having strong development finance skills would be a major advantage.
