Recruiter II – Limited Brands
The Recruiter is responsible for leveraging the talents of the entire staffing team to create and deliver against metrics necessary to achieve "best in class" talent acquisition. Participates in Partnership Strategy Meetings (PSM) and collaborates with hiring managers to clearly define staffing needs and sourcing strategies. Responsible for managing role definition, sourcing, the candidate process and relationship building with all external and internal contacts in a manner that results in the highest quality, most efficient and cost effective outcome for the organization. Must possess the ability to:
- Facilitate partnership strategy meetings and identify appropriate sourcing strategies
- Develop candidate slates to present to hiring managers
- Maintain relationships with all candidates for future openings
- Work as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers and human resources staff
- Perform to established metrics used to measure customer satisfaction
- Manage to expense requirements
- Build strong relationships with the various line and functional clients to ensure the ability to
influence, guide and drive the recruiting process
- Implement an efficient and cost effective staffing model with an appropriate mix of internal
and external talent
- 2-4 years of staffing experience in organizations of size that are recognized for "best
practices" in recruiting
- Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver customer-focused, bottom-line oriented staffing
solutions as a member of a functional staffing team
- Must have the ability to be a highly effective relationship builder
- Proven ability and comfort in cold calling and effectively sourcing passive candidates
- Demonstrated competencies in the areas of recruitment, change management and
compensation
- Ability to deal with rapidly changing organizational issues and manage the impact of change
on the organization, its culture and associates
- Experience with Social Media Recruiting (i.e. Linked In, FaceBook and Twitter) is required
- Preferred experience in Retail, Fashion or Creative
- Bachelor's degree preferred
