POSITION SUMMARY:

 

PromoWorks is currently seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist who has the skills, passion and natural knack to develop and lead our overall recruitment strategy.  This position is responsible for delivering strategic and tactical recruiting support including the development of a multi-faceted sourcing strategy, sourcing and screening of a diverse slate of candidates and assuring recruitment efforts are in alignment to with operational requirements of the organization.

 

The Talent Sourcing Specialist will report to the Vice President of Organization Development and must be able to partner with internal support teams and hiring managers.  This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who is creative in sourcing, committed to delivering results and passionate about a professional candidate recruiting experience.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Proactively generate a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates (postings, associations, referrals, networking, research, etc.)

·        Partner with hiring managers/key stakeholders to thoroughly define sourcing criteria and develop multi-faceted hiring strategy for each position as necessary

·        Conduct targeted searches and execute diversity initiatives to maintain highly diverse talent pool that is aligned to geographical priorities

·        Develop and manage key vendor relationships, association affiliations and  other niche recruiting sources

·        Develop and implement overall sourcing strategies for key company initiatives

·        Develop recruiting measurement criteria and continuously measure and develop improvement initiatives

·        Monitor candidate quality and adjust sourcing to adapt to changing needs

·        Report cycle time data and partner with internal stakeholders to determine business impact and opportunities

·        Manage recruiting coordination support personnel (direct and matrix reporting relationship)

·        Develop and ensure applicant process and experience that is efficient, professional and positive

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 

Education/ Experience: 

·        Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience

·        5 years experience sourcing and recruiting

·        2 years experience developing customized sourcing strategies with accountability for the success of those strategies

·        1 year supervising less senior recruiting professionals 

·        In-depth experience with web-based recruiting applications and tools as well as on-line recruiting processes

·        Significant experience in sourcing in high-volume services industries for hourly, part-time, positions (i.e. retail, event kickoffs, independent sales reps, etc.)

·        Previous experience managing significant recruitment projects (high volume, diverse geography requirements, managing multiple candidate sources and direct client/hiring manager interface)
