About HR Service Delivery
HR Service Delivery, as the centre of HR, partners closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Expertise (CoEs), to deliver expert HR advice, products and services to our clients globally: in Line Manager Employee Advisory, Learning, Professional Recruiting, Graduate Recruiting and Development, Reward, International Mobility Services (IMS), Employee Relations, Payroll, HR Operations and HR Analytics Reporting.

The role

Specific responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

? Responsible for managing the day to day running of the recruiting team, and ensuring collaboration between Recruiting Coordinators and both the Recruiting and GTP delivery teams
? Identify operational issues in recruiting and provide timely resolution whilst determining whether escalation to technical helpdesk is required
? Key point of contact for all day to day functional RMT queries
? Cascade RMT system issues to users and escalate back to the technical helpdesk where appropriate
? Approve RMT user accounts, and conduct regular reviews of those with access
? Develop, deliver and maintain New Joiner UBS RMT training as required
? Represent HR in supporting any IT led activities relating to systems design, build, test and implement
? Work closely with the Talent Acquisition CoE to ensure regional requirements are incorporated into Talent Acquisition policies and processes and to ensure any new regional processes are globally consistent wherever possible
? Monitor recruiting operations to ensure existing processes and procedures are followed
? Deliver local or global projects or initiatives as requested
? Act as Level 2 advisory for HR queries relating to Recruiting Operations

Requirements
? Preferably experience in the financial services industry
? Experience in the function as a Recruiter (or other various HR functions) including a very good understanding of the UBS recruitment process
? Strong client focus and profound advisory experience
? Strong service delivery focus and true service oriented mindset
? Drive and Commitment
? Management experience an advantage
? Strong communicator and stakeholder manager
? Demonstrated strength to deliver sustainable results and implement change in challenging environment
? Innovative in bringing new ideas within the field of recruiting delivery
? Preferably experience with the RPOsystem
? Experience of working within a highly regulated, risk dominated environment
