THE COMPANY:
Saxton Leigh is a specialist recruitment consultancy, providing tailored Temporary, Contract and Permanent recruitment solutions to the Risk and Audit divisions of Financial Services houses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are seeking an Intern to join our Risk Desk to develop skills in all aspects of the recruitment process and gain an understanding of risk market.
- As an Intern within one of our recruitment teams, responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a first point of contact for applicants and assist in the candidate screening process
- Maintain on-going candidate relationships
- Assisting with the maintenance of the active candidate and client databases
- Aid business development through market analysis and production of marketing material
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- To learn the necessary skills and processes needed to develop within the industry
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career with the recruitment/search industry
- Sales experience is essential
- Availability to work for 3 months starting in August/September
- This will be an unpaid internship however a travel and lunch allowance will be paid. Subject to performance, permanent employment opportunities are available.
