The role of the Head of Resourcing is to support the Business Manager on a number of large scale projects, specific assignments and key clients.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the candidate management cycle as well as providing support to projects and key clients.
You will also be required to perform Research, Market Intelligence and Market Mapping exercises. Particularly looking at new markets, new sectors and global projects.
This role will largely be supporting Senior Appointment and Executive Search Recruitment and works closely with the Business Manager.
You will be a highly professional and organised individual with the ability to create strong relationships with Senior Industry professionals.
You will have an understanding of the complete recruitment cycle from attraction to engagement with the ability to provide our candidates with the necessary support and guidance.
We are looking for someone from a HR or Recruitment background, this role will ideally be Full-Time, however, for the right candidate we can accomodate flexible working hours.
