The Company
Our client is a global bank with a strong track record of success and excellence in the region. Due to expansions in the region, they are seeking an experienced compliance candidate as part of their growth.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Review and approve products for the discretionary managed account services, investment advisory platform and real estate fund.
- Provide advice on product sponsors or applicable regulatory guidelines in Asia.
- Review of fund distribution activities, including approval of marketing materials.
- Review and approval of model analyses and proposals
- Participate in committee reviews and meetings.
Your Profile
- University degree holder in business, finance or other related disciplines.
- You should have at least 10 years of relevant working experience with a background within audit or compliance.
- A product related background in Asset Management would be highly desirable.
- Regional experience will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in English will be essential.
