Regional Head, Service Technology (Client Services) – Cash and Trade Services (Ref. no: RHST/DK170212) recruitment
The main objective of the role will be enable the regional service organization users to become more effective and efficient through technology platforms and reduce any risk-prone manual processes. Reporting to the Regional Head of Client Servicing(Front office) your main responsibilities will include service technology strategy, project planning, execution and maintenance for Trade Services client services technology platform. You will take responsibility for client –facing technologies, self-service channel process development, deployment campaigns and client adoption. You will be the key decision maker on all Service Technology related strategies, execution and training plans in Asia and be responsible for organizational collaboration/communication on the effective use of Technology tools, enhancements, gathering user feedbacks and making regional recommendations for enhancements. You will be partnering with the global service organization and functional units, and represent Asia requirements for user technologies, which enhance the client experience, increase process efficiency and reduce risk.
To be a successful hire into this role you must have at least 5+ years of related experience in banking preferably in cash management and front office role. Excellent bank business and operational knowledge along with strong analytical and problem solving skills is essential. You must have some form of project management training, although certification is not compulsory and be able to work with cross functional global partners. Strong communication skills and excellent presentation skills is a must.
