Regional Licensed Banker Coordinator

The Regional Licensed Banker Coordinator will be responsible for the training and licensing of up to 50 assigned Licensed Bankers as well as assisting in the recruiting of external licensed banker candidates. The incumbent will create strong partnerships with internal colleagues; provide FINRA supervision, reporting and results for team relative to assigned sales goals.  Responsible for group presentations, performance management related to investment sales and specific trade review/supervision.   

The Regional Licensed Banker Coordinator will be responsible for the on going coaching and training and compliance supervision of the licensed bankers’ investment sales goals including investment/insurance product opportunities.

Coaching/Training responsibilities will include one-on-ones, field visits, observation coaching, team meetings, etc.  The Regional Licensed Banker Coordinator will be expected to drive sustained performance of their assigned licensed bankers in order to assist the licensed bankers in achieving their assigned bank and investment sales goals.

The Regional Licensed Banker Coordinator will also assist the Retail Management team in the performance management process by providing direct feedback to local management on the performance of the licensed bankers.

 

Qualifications

Management experience in all aspects of registered principal and supervisory role within a FINRA member firm required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Extensive knowledge of financial markets

Extensive knowledge of banking and investment products and services

Knowledge of Risk Management principles in direct sales of investment/insurance products with proven record of success

Extensive sales management and coaching/training skills

Series 7 and 24 licenses required; Series 63, 65 or 66 license required; Insurance licenses required.

History of ethical and compliant behavior in background and FINRA form U-4

Leadership skills

Strong communication skills

Strong computer skills

Hours per Week:   40
Work Schedule:    Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
