REGIONAL PRE-SALES CONSULTANT, HONG KONG (Telecom) recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for selling services and retaining revenue by providing technical customer support to assigned accounts in the region.
• Interact with customers to execute the technical aspects of the sales strategy by developing appropriate solutions and building technical relationships.
• To focus ambiguous customer needs into specific, deliverable requirements and solutions to help qualify and quantify opportunities.
• Resolve technical issues arising during the sales engagement, helps clients define specifications and requirements, develops solutions, and provides technology presentations to both technical and management-level audiences.
• Work in tandem with Account Managers and actively participates in sales calls. Normally will receive little instruction on day-to-day work and general instruction on new assignments.
Requirement:
• Minimum 8 years relevant work experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant/Sales Engineer.
• Previous working experience in the Telecommunications industry is essential. Previous regional experience is desired, but not essential.
• Bilingual : proficiency in Chinese(Cantonese and/or Mandarin) and English
• Act as a project/work team leader or member with accountability for integration across several technical functions.
• Responsible for ensuring that knowledge of technical disciplines is advanced within the sales ecosystem in Asia Pacific.
• Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
