Job Title: Regiona Programl Lead, Customer Solutions and Innovation group
Reports to: Customer Solutions and Innovation Group Lead/Regional Operations Executive
Scope:In this position, you will manage a Customer Solutions and Innovation group based in one of Chartis’ regions. The CSI regional group will deliver the skills and capability to drive Chartis’ program of operational and technology change management, with particular focus on three areas: Customer Experience, Innovation, and Operations Excellence. As the head of the regional CSI group, you will ensure that
1) the operational and technology change management program is aligned with business strategy;
2) projects are prioritized projects within a structured business-driven framework; and
3) projects and programs are managed holistically from inception to completion. In this role, you will partner with business and functional units to identify high-impact operational improvement opportunities, focused on enhancing service delivery capabilities that support an optimal customer experience.

- 10 to 15 years experience in operations management, or project or change management in the insurance or financial services industry.
