Regional Reward Practitioner – Professional Services (REF: RRP-PS/AP140212) recruitment

Our client is a global Professional Services firm with a strong footprint in Asia. They are now looking for a seasoned Reward Practitioner to provide strategic direction and lead projects across the Asia Pacific region.

The role will involve reviewing and developing Compensation / Reward propositions and work alongside senior Management to implement best practice across the region. You will be translating business priorities to ensure all projects are aligned to the business goals and partner with global counterparts to ensure results are achieved. The role will involve providing consultation and guidance on regional compensation and benefit policies and ensure that all reward and recognition programs and market aligned and equitable.  You will be actively involved in interpreting market practice and lead regional performance management projects including budget management.

You will need to have a strong background in HR with a specialist focus on Reward practice. You will have a minimum of 10 years experience gained from sizeable, recognized global MNC organisations with the ability to work with senior management at a strategic level. You will be highly numerate and analytical with a degree qualification in HRM or Math’s / Statistics. You will have fluent English and native Cantonese and Mandarin.
