Regional Sales Director recruitment

In this key Regional sales position, your primary objective is to lead a team of sales professionals who are responsible for sales across Singapore and Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
You will be responsible for developing profitable relationships with new organisations, adding to their already impressive client list.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Experience in selling directly into the CFOs office
- An understanding of how a finance and accounting function works within large enterprise organisations
- Minimum of 3 years experience in managing successful software sales teams
- 7 years experience selling high value, software solutions
- Extensive experience in the Hong Kong and Singapore corporate markets
- Proven experience in the entire sales process closing new clients
- Proven experience in territory development
- Demonstrated ability to navigate through an organisation’s finance department with strong connections to CFOs, CIOs and COOs.
- Formal sales methodologies (EG TAS, SPIN, HeimanMiller) highly advantageous
Supported by a team of implementation specialists, pre sales and marketing professionals locally and globally, this high profile role will be paramount in breaking into new client organisations in Asia to add to their already impressive Tier 1 client list.
Please note you will be required to be in Sydney, Australia for 1 week in January 2012 to receive best in class training.
