Regional Sales Manager

Our client is a leading supplier of mobile equipment with innovative features and value added benefits for the Hospitality Leisure Markets. It is a subsidiary of one of the main global suppliers to this sector in the world.
The group develops, manufactures and sells these products on 5 continents and employs 2,000 people.

The position
A position is now available to capitalise upon the sales growth recently generated on this traditionally well established and successful sales area.
The area stretches across England from the Midlands to the north plus Scotland, Wales and also Ireland.
Reporting to the International Hospitality Leisure Manager, this position will assume responsibility for managing existing sales and new business development.
Experience required.
The position requires a strong background in sales to the high end Hospitality sector. You will already have well established contacts with the decision makers in key chains and groups - F E Managers / Directors, F B Managers / Directors.
You may be experienced in any type of product supplied into 4 and 5star Hotels, Convention Centres and Arenas.
You will also be enthusiastic, focused and able to work well within a team; as well as being a strong communicator and well organised. You will be able to develop strong commercial relationships and also enjoy a consultative sales approach.
Extensive training will be provided.
The role is based from home - ideally based between Birmingham and Manchester.
Remuneration
There will be a competitive basic salary plus a commission Package (guaranteed for the first 6 months) that will pay a realistically achievable total between £45/50,000 for an on target performance. There is also a profit share scheme.
A company car will be provided along with smart phone laptop.
There are 20 days holiday p.a. plus the 8 statutory days. There is a health insurance scheme (including family cover) and a generous pension scheme.
