Our client is a leading global professional services organisation with an unparalleled reputation for providing innovative, value added services and solutions to its customer base. Due a recent restructure, the need has arisen to recruit a Senior HR Professional to be based at its regional HQ in Singapore.
Pivotal Appointment - Process Improvement Focus
As part of the Regional COE, you will be a member of the APAC HR leadership team, reporting through to the Head of HR. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for enabling the regional HR Operations and Compliance functions, in support of the HR strategy of building best in-class talent and organisational capabilities for its 8000 strong workforce. Specifically, your role will be to develop and implement HR operational activities including Processes Policies; HR Audit; Labor Compliance; Tools Systems as well as driving existing and new Business Process Improvement Initiatives.
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a strong track record in Human Resources operational management and / or employment law and a minimum of 8 years experience. A thorough understanding of HR Audit, Compliance and Labor Laws (APAC) is essential as are sound project and people management skills. An energetic, flexible approach is required, together with exceptional interpersonal skills.
