Title: Regulated Sales Manager - Institutional Corporate
Salary: Circa £80k

Role:
As the Regulated Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of Corporate Advisors based in the Channel Islands, Cyprus, Gibraltar and London to deliver exceptional sales and business performance through driving a world class sales culture and maintaining sound risk management. You will deliver first rate sales management practices across the team whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management parameters, and will be responsible for developing a sales plan that will achieve a targeted income to contribute to the overall goals of the business. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for sourcing business - building on the groups substantial offshore banking business as well as identifying new clients, and driving cross-sell penetration. The role will be based in Jersey - the clients are Corporate, institutional or intermediary offshore clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in institutional sales, ideally in the offshore B2B market and will have a broad understanding of investment products and booking platforms, particularly cross-border and offshore solutions.
- Candidates should have a good understanding of the regulatory and competitor landscape, with strong communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering pitches at executive level.
- Strong Knowledge of how insurance, taxation and asset protection, estate planning products and services can be approached to best benefit to the client is required
- Proven successful experience in a front line team leadership role is required, with exposure to a high value corporate segment.
- A high quality degree level education with at least a level 4 qualification (Ideally CFA or PCIAM)
- Proven ability to deliver quality results with a challenging but positive and influential style.
