Regulatory & Financial Reporting Manager

Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Reporting
- Prepare finance sections for regulatory reporting requirements across EMEA
- Respond to queries made by the regulatory authorities or members of the management boards
- Prepare support analysis and supplementary information

Financial Statutory Reporting
- Prepare statutory accounts for UK-EMEA countries
- Review and coordinate consistency across EMEA on accounting notes and disclosure
- Prepare interim financial reports for board directors

Financial Reporting
- Improve and develop new standardised monthly reporting formats for entity and regional analysis to assist financial reporting managers in their review
- Identify and develop adhoc reports for reconciliation and exception purposes

Other
- Assist with projects and ad hoc queries
- Develop strong relationships with corporate and regional business lines and support teams

- Qualified Accountant (ACA-ACCA or similar) with suitable post qualification experience
- Proven work experience of working in a similar role
- Knowledge of regulatory environment and reporting requirements
- Extensive experience of global financial reporting systems (i.e. Peoplesoft and-or Hyperion)
- Good knowledge of US GAAP-IFRS
