Regulatory Monitoring and Testing Leader recruitment

Main responsibilities will include:           

• The goal of the role is to provide on-going and objective oversight of activities with a view to detecting non-compliant activity at the earliest possible stage. Specific attention to policy compliance, functional governance and regulatory standards

• Use qualitative and quantitative approaches to establish adequate management information, key reports and metrics to measure compliance with standards, policies, procedures and regulations

• Own all documentation detailing results of activities including background information, scope, analysis and highlighting issues and action timeline to resolve.

• Undertakes diagnostic and analytical research into errors/issues within the entire governance and compliance processes

• Minimize disruption to the monitoring program

• Develop and implement communication plan and outcome tracking to ensure that all key leaders and functional groups are fully aware of all governance activities and expected compliance standards

• Provide advice and practical assistance to functional management to understand and manage regulatory risks faced

The successful candidate:

• Risk / Audit / Compliance experience, including extensive process readiness and governance experience

• Track record of executing regulation, policy, contractual readiness assessments

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Excellent gap analysis skills

• Business or Finance degree

• Ability to travel
