Relationship Assistant
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Administrative Duties
- Providing back-up phone coverage when Private Bankers are unavailable
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Preparing expense reports for travel and entertainment expenditures
- Performing general administrative tasks including binding presentations and coordinating mailings
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and processing supply request orders as necessary
- Organizing and maintaining files, correspondence and records in accordance with policy
- Creating and maintaining client and contact lists
- Providing timely and accurate follow-up for assigned projects
Client Servicing
- Assisting Bankers and Relationship Coordinators with account openings and closings as well as account maintenance
- Responding to client requests and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Facilitating client directed transactions
- Assisting with the collection of required Know Your Client (KYC) documentation
- Preparing customized reports/summaries as needed
- Adhering to all regulatory policies and operating procedures
Sales Support
- Maintaining general library of sample pitch books
- Preparing materials for presentations and amending existing presentations
