POSITION SUMMARY:

• Responsible for developing Managing the client relationships account for the Health financial performance of your portfolio, define implement commercial initiatives for clients;

• Managing the banking customers relationships;

• Proactively cross sell all bank’s products services ensure financial budgets are met;

• Provide guidance support to junior staff;

• Exposure to FI business would be an added advantage.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIS ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To identify and covert customers leveraging on different channels;

• To establish, maintain and develop strong relationship with customers and deliver high quality service;

• To actively explore clients' banking needs and proactively sell some bank products;

• To strictly abide by the requirements of compliance and internal control on sales activities.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree or above Minimum 3 years of banking marketing or sales experience with sound track record;

• Solid relationship building and management skills and strong credit analytical skill;

• Good understanding of the behavior of customers and their banking needs;

• Aggressive, ambitious and keen to create and follow up on business opportunities;

• Good command of Chinese and English in both oral and written communications.
