Our client is a large professional financial services firm and they have ambitious plans to grow their businesses in the Asia Pacific region. They are now inviting suitable candidates to join their fast expanding team as Relationship Manager, FX.
The Relationship Manager will work in tandem with the sales and technology team in servicing and managing relationships with strategic clients in the banking financial services sector. You will provide a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and provide inputs and insights to product development.
The ideal candidate should be tertiary qualified with 5 years of relationship management / sales / client servicing / product management experience and has good knowledge of e-trading platforms, FX or financial market software products.
You should also be proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese as this role requires extensive interaction with Cantonese speaking clients.
