Researcher / Junior Recruiter recruitment
We work exclusively on a retained basis across Fixed Income, FX, Commodities and Equities (for senior sell side and buy side roles in Sales, Trading, Structuring and Research), Corporate Finance, MA, Asset Management and Wealth Management. Our firm was founded over 20 years ago and we are looking to aggressively build out our London office to better service our clients. As an organically grown firm we only promote from within; we place great importance on hands-on training and continuous development in order for you to succeed.
As a Researcher / Junior Recruiter you will be responsible for identifying candidates for key positions across the aforementioned groups and this will equip you with the knowledge to become a fully fledged Recruiter in the near future. Ambition and drive are essential characteristics for success in this position. The harder you work the more results you will produce which will be reflected in your ability to progress within the firm as well as impacting your compensation.

* A basic understanding of the financial world is preferred but full training will be provided.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Generating research using various channels and tried and tested methods
* Supporting senior Recruiters with current and prospective placements
* Creating client presentations and research reports
* Creating business intelligence reports and organizational maps
