Researcher recruitment
For the HR brand of our international group we are looking for a young graduate aware of the new social media to take an internship as researcher in the recruitment sector.
Your Role
The ideal candidate is an ambitious, self-starter, motivated individual with passion for recruitment and the financial industry.
Your responsibilities will be to:
• Research companies and employee information relevant to the candidates available;
• Identify potential candidates
• Prepare company information documents to present to senior recruiters
Your Profile
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills experience:
• At ease with social media (linkedin, facebook, etc)
• Good working level in MS Excel and MS Word
• Fluency in English, and at least working knowledge of French or Dutch
• Result-driven and team-player personality
• Motivated and self starter
Additionally the following experience would be an asset
• Experience in a recruitment company within Benelux
• Experience in interim recruitment within the Financial Industry
