Role

The Researcher, Talent Acquisition is a part of a Global Talent Acquisition Team in the APAC region, and will work with the APAC Talent Acquisition Team to bring the best talent on board with the primary focus on sales professionals in this 6 month contract role.

The incumbent will have to use analytical skills to define the most efficient sourcing channels in order to reach out to the prospect candidates, and build strong sales talent pipelines for the region. In this role, the incumbent will have the opportunity to bring the best in field, build and develop the contact network as well as work with a passionate Talent Acquisition Team.

Qualifications, Skills Knowledge

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications with at least 2 years experience in sales recruitment or direct sourcing, ideally with a combination of corporate and search agencies experience.  Advanced understanding of digital search environment (job boards, niche sites, social media/networking) is a must as is passion for recruitment, strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings to colleagues.
