Role
The Researcher, Talent Acquisition is a part of a Global Talent Acquisition Team in the APAC region, and will work with the APAC Talent Acquisition Team to bring the best talent on board with the primary focus on sales professionals in this 6 month contract role.
The incumbent will have to use analytical skills to define the most efficient sourcing channels in order to reach out to the prospect candidates, and build strong sales talent pipelines for the region. In this role, the incumbent will have the opportunity to bring the best in field, build and develop the contact network as well as work with a passionate Talent Acquisition Team.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Proactively generating ideas to supplement candidate pipeline with the focus on sales people
- Data mining and research of job boards, social networks, databases, specific organizations and other alternative channels
- Developing the network of active and passive candidates, communicating with them regularly
- Sharing the sourcing strategy with recruiters to define the most effective search process
- Monitoring trends and developments of sourcing tools and technologies and linking them to our website
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications with at least 2 years experience in sales recruitment or direct sourcing, ideally with a combination of corporate and search agencies experience. Advanced understanding of digital search environment (job boards, niche sites, social media/networking) is a must as is passion for recruitment, strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings to colleagues.
