Resourcing Partner – HR recruitment

Role Objective:

This role is responsible for the execution of resourcing needs, working in conjunction with HR Business Partners to administer all recruitment and processes. This involves developing a world-class attraction strategy, developing innovative, cutting edge techniques and executing via proven methodologies.  

Role Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management:

• Develop an understanding of resourcing needs of client.

• Work closely with the HR Business Partner and respective COO to develop a hiring plan that will meet the necessary needs.

• Responsible for providing value-added analytics on the resourcing stream, producing meaningful data on pipeline, costing and agency performance.

• Analyse feedback on resourcing process.

Manage efficiency of Resourcing Procedures:

• Deliver attraction strategies whilst focusing on cost effective solutions.

• Work closely with the business to identify effective Resourcing methodologies thus enabling relevant partners to execute delivery.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the resourcing strategies and processes.

Manage Recruitment Suppliers:

• Acting as the key relationship manager for selected approved vendors.

• Ensure the vendors operate within the parameters of the PSL agreement.

Candidate Requirements:

Professional/technical experience

• Significant experience working as an in-house front office recruiter within the HR practice of an IB environment. 

• Knowledge of employment law and competency based interviewing is a necessity. 

• Excellent communication skills.

• A natural change manager and project leader.
