My client is well established financial services organisation that is looking for an experienced Response Analyst from an operation background in financial services

Your role will be to:
· Receive, analyse and progress incidents from Partners using multiple communication streams.
· Review and conduct full assessment of change items (i.e. new processes and functionality as a result of new Partner take on) to identify risk items and gaps.
· Act as a point of contact for technical project queries, investigating the causes of problems, presenting and implementing measurable solutions.
· Ensure that systems, processes and procedures are accurate and efficient, consistent with market practice, company policy and compliant with external regulators. Where required making appropriate recommendations for approval and implementation.
· Adhere to and manage issues within Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and in line with the Issue Management process liaising with Relationship Managers and third parties where relevant.
· Independently prioritise work, anticipate and address barriers including wider operational impact.
· Provide advice, training and support to Partner Response Co-ordinators utilising technical expertise and knowledge.
· Act as the first point of escalation on behalf of the Partner Response Team.

Essential

· Experience in issue management, problem resolution and root cause analysis.
· Excellent communications skills through all media and to different audiences.
· Excellent understanding of operations processes within the stock broking / clearing industry.
