We are currently in the unique position to appoint a Retail Business Manager to our WA State Support nabRetail team. We are seeking a highly self motivated individual to join this fundamental team.

The Retail Distribution Manager is a key role within the state office, specifically responsible for the overall management of financials and sales reporting for the state. You will be the link between the Retail General Manager WA, Retail Executives Retail and business partners within the team for the day to day operational requirements and provide support to meet our Personal Banking Strategy.

Reporting to the Retail General Manager, you will have direct accountability for the overall state office function in Western Australia, including pricing deposits, compliance standards, network changes, leave and relief functionality and state wide communications.

Ideally tertiary qualified with a business related discipline, you will have at least five years previous experience within Banking and will have a proven track record in driving and managing changes effectively, fostering relationships and commercial acumen. Your broad business exposure will be evident as you'll possess a passion for business development and ultimately you'll thrive on a challenge.

The successful candidate will possess sound leadership and communication skills and you'll be required to lead and motivate your direct team as well as your peers and front line staff. You will bring with you excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
