Retail Leasing Manager
In this fantastic position you will work to deliver the Commonwealth Bank of Australia retail property strategy ensuring the objectives of the CBA Retail Team and then manage the delivery of the retail property business strategy . The Property Leasing Manager main priorities are to exceed customer's expectations through the sourcing of compliant premises, ensuring that the negotiated commercial terms protect and enhance the Group's interests.
The role of Leasing Manager will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness to the Retail Bank and their corporate real estate requirements. The Leasing Manager will have accountability for thelease renewals, sourcing and leasing of new sites, the management and administration of property leasing activities servicing Retail Business.
The purpose of this role will be to secure binding legal arrangements for the Bank's accommodation needs to be in line with, or better than market terms and the annual budget. The role will support the National Retail Leasing Manager delivering Property Leasing, Management and Lease Administration support.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Ten plus years of core Retail Leasing experience and qualifications in Property or land economics
- Experience in retail, shopping centre leasing strip shopping centre leases and corporate real estate
- Demonstrated strong negotiation skills and influencing skills
- Previous experience in a professional corporate environment dealing with complex organisational structures and processes
- Demonstrated organisational skills.
- Understanding of corporate governance and reporting
- A professional customer service attitude with a "can-do" attitude.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
