Revenue Analysis – VP
The successful candidate will need to manage Senior Stakeholders to a high level, as well as understand the drivers behind Revenue from the Equities and Fixed Income Sales teams.
The team provides data and analyses of client and sales person revenues to support the business. The team works very closely with the COO group on numerous reporting projects, ad-hoc analyses and systems initiatives.
Main Duties
- Partner with sales and trading on reporting, relating to team, product, client and regional revenues

Analyze client and sales person revenues to identify trends and developments

Develop new metrics and reporting to meet the changing needs of the business

Work with technology on systems initiatives and enhancements
- Manage a team locally as well as provide direction of supporting team members offshore
Requirements

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Business Objects based report building

Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills; ability to manage expectations and communicate and negotiate effectively across levels and groups

Effective communication (verbal and written), presentation and time-management skills

Exceptional analytical skills, numbers- and detail-oriented, proactive, thorough and accurate

Confident under pressure, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
