Risk Manager recruitment
The business is extremely strong and stable, currently in a very acquisative phase, growing from it's UK HQ, globally.
Responsibilities of the Risk Manager will include developing and maintaining the risk management framework, including identifying risks, asessing and planning mitigation techniques. You will have extensive liaison with the front office of the business, in a demanding and challenging enviroment, so someone who is comfortable communicating with the wider business is essential.
You will also have remit to develop business continuity planning in a co-ordination and oversight role and hold responsibility for disaster recovery initatives.
You will be involved in all aspects of Solvency II with programme leads.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Insurance, ideally GI, but life will be considered, who has excellent communication skills and is used to explaining risk to the business
